Welcome to the RSZ FAQ, this contains answers to some of the most frequently asked questions. Please read through before asking a question on the forums or chatbox, if you cannot find the answer then feel free to contact us.
RSZ (RuneScapez) is a Fansite for the MMORPG RuneScape, MMORPG stands for Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game. We provide you with help for all your troubles on RuneScape, whether it's a quest you're stuck on or you don't know how to play Clan Wars, we can always help.
We cannot however help with RuneScape Customer Support issues, if your account is banned then click on 'Appeal An Offence/Ban' on the RuneScape homepage. If you need to contact Jagex then please use their website. We're not in anyway affiliated with Jagex so we're unable to change or override any decisions made by them.
Our site currently contains Quest Guides and a partially complete Item Database, we also have a Forum which you can register on to gain help and discuss the game. Other people use the Forums so if you need fast support then please, sign up. Note: You will need a valid E-Mail address to sign up to the forums.
We also have our chatbox, this is accessible at the bottom of the main RuneScapez page or the bottom of the forums. You do not need to sign up to use the chatbox however you will need to create a password, to do this type your name in and click 'Profile', you will then be given the option to enter a password.
Do You Have Anything Else In Development?
Of course! We always have something in development, we're currently working on our own customizable chatbox, this will enable us to provide you with a better quality of service. We're also developing our own RuneScape Webclient; this will contain Skill Calculators and the same chatbox technology which our one currently in development has.
We always have new content, check back every few days and I bet you'll see something new. We're always adding new guides and updates, the forums are always being updated! We're actually awaiting the release of a new forum software for us to upgrade to!
In order to use the Forums you must click on 'Register', enter your details including a valid E-Mail address. Then click 'Submit. Check your E-Mail inbox for a 'Validation' E-Mail, click on the link in the message and your account will be activated.
In order to use the forums properly you are required to make one post on someone else's topic, once done you will be allowed to create your own. There is no limit to the amount of posts you make, however they must follow the Code Of Conduct.

There are lots of ways you can help! One of these is by occasionally submitting Guides to us, to do this either E-Mail us or post in the guides section of the forums. Guides must not be copied from other sites!
You may also donate to RuneScapez, this will enable us to provide new content and services. We currently don't even break even with the costs so any money is appreciated, to donate please click on the Donate tab on the Navigation Bar.
The last and easiest way to help is by posting on our forums, this will encourage other users to post as well. We read the forums regularly and take into account your suggestions. Most of the suggested things are actually added!
