Barbarian Outpost Guide

Hi there, and welcome to my guide on the Barbarian Outpost. While here, you may find many interesting things to do.



Note: There are no requirements to enter the Barbarian Outpost.

How To Get To The Barbarian Outpost



1. Teleport to Barbarian Assault using a Games Necklace.

2. Use a Necklace of Skills and teleport to the Fishing Guild, then walk to the Outpost.

3. Teleport to Ardougne, and walk north to the Outpost.




What To Do At The Outpost



1. Barbarian Assault Minigame. Rack up points in every category, and unlock the plethora of prizes! There is a deposit box, to bank your items before you start playing. (Safe minigame)



2. The Willow Trees. Great xp at any level, since there is a deposit box right by!



3. The Agility Course. At level 35 Agility you can now use the Barbarian Assault Course, which gives 153.2 Xp per lap.



4. Otto. Speak to Otto, and you will learn the art of Barbarian Herblore, Fishing, Smithing, and Firemaking!



5. Almera's House. Speak to Almera, and you can start Waterfall Quest!



6. Entrance to Waterfall Dungeon. Fight Fire Giants, Shadow Spiders, and Skeleton Mages. Don't forget to bring Glarials Amulet! If you do, you will be swept away from the entrance, and down onto the shore, just below the outpost!



7. Barbarian Outpost to Tree Gnome Stronghold agility shortcut. Use this to get to your items in and out of your bank faster, than walking all the way around to the entrance of the Stronghold! Level 37 Agility required.



8. Ancient Cavern entrance. Barbarian Training must be partially completed to be able to jump into the whirlpool. Otherwise, you'll be washed up to the bottom of the waterfall.



Barbarian Assault Minigame

Note: This is a safe minigame, if you die you will keep your items.



The objective of this game is to kill the Queen. In order to do this, you will need to go through stages call waves. There are 10 waves. Each wave becomes harder each time you advanced to another wave. The 10th wave will involve you also killing the queen. You must have 5 people in each game to complete each wave and there are 4 roles to choose from. This will involve 2 of the same roles being chosen.

You can choose from Attacker, Defender, Collector and Healer. The higher level you are in a chosen role, the easier it will be. The highest level for all of the roles is 5.

You can return to the minigame at any time and rejoin your last wave you were at except if you've just killed the queen.



Barbarian Assault Minigame Rewards

After you complete a wave, you gain points in your chosen role. This points add up, and can be used to buy the rewards.
