After the great HM6 and HM7, I went on to test UiiSii's flagship - the i1, which is supposed to be their best. However, they are worse than HM6 and HM7, both in clarity and loudness. You should use an amplifier with these to push them to their limits.

Comfort & Fit
The earphones are tiny, light and comfortable. But the included oddly-shaped tips are just not staying in. ROCK Zircon's tips and my foam tips worked much better.
Lows / Bass
The bass is dark and emphasized, but also adds muddiness to the sound as it leaks to the mids and pushes them back.
Mids / Vocals
The vocals are quite muffled and pushed back by the peak in the low-end.
Highs / Treble
The highs are quite crisp and precise. Not piercing and are quite pleasant even if not especially detailed.
